Returns must be made within 14 days of your payment confirmation email. To process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

At this time, the customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside, or inside, the U.S.

You may also return your products purchased at MorenaValley.com to any Morena Valley retail or Company Store in Florida, U.S. To properly process and expedite the return at the store, you must provide your packing slip.

At this time we are able to do any exchanges through our MorenaValley.com store. It will be necessary for us to process your exchange, evaluate the status of given items and check availability of item(s) required.
